When we were looking to extend our house and add a new garage we chose Marlborough Construction as they were able to provide traditional building services as well as being an Ideal Garage Distributor.

From the outset they were friendly, helpful and willing to answer all our questions regarding options, as well as offering advice so that we could get the most from our budget.

During the course of the contract we were kept well informed of progress and we were consulted before any necessary variations were undertaken.

We are very pleased with the results. The house extension blends well with the existing structure and has been completed to a high standard.

The garage has been built to a similar high standard and looks great from street as well as from within the property.

Our project was less than straightforward due to our unique requirements. Marlborough Construction have completed it in a professional and thorough manner and we would not hesitate to recommend them for both Ideal Garages or other custom building work.

In the space of a few weeks, your team have built a sound, well constructed building that has the durability of being a garage to house vehicles, as well as room for a workshop, which will keep the man of the house busy till his hearts content.
The service that we have received from Marlborough Construction has been magnificent. This includes the close working relationship that you have with your sub-contractor 'Conpavers.' The only element that let us down on odd occasions was the weather - and we all know how fickle that can be in Marlborough at times.
Your construction team were always polite, helpful, and professional and we have no hesitation (if required), allowing your business to use our garage as a sample of your workmanship and product.
