LIVING & DINING You will especially enjoy the living areas in your IDEAL Homes.  We create living space with warmth and natural light.  The indoor / outdoor feature is achieved with the option of a deck and verandah roof.	BEDROOMS IDEAL can build bedrooms to your size and requirements.  Most bedrooms come complete with built in wardrobes.  All bedrooms feature well placed windows that let in plenty of natural light and ventilation.

The IDEAL Bungalow

It's the IDEAL sleepout, home office, studio, hobby room or valuable rental accommodation. 
Choose from our standard plans or design the building to suit yourself. 
With the IDEAL Bungalow you can create anything from a quintessential country cottage to a teenage crash pad.  Options to suit your budget or lifestyle. 

Sold as a kitset, lock up shell or fully complete (mains connections, kitchen fitout and enquite package quoted seperately).

Specifications:
The IDEAL Bungalow can be built on a cocnrete or timber floor with a matching patio or deck area.  IDEAL buildings come with genuine NZ Colorsteel cladding and roofing with your choice of roof pitch, verandah and aluminium joinery.

External Wall and Roof Cladding Options:
It's your choice.  For the wall... IDEAL's Deluxe or Line Deluxe weatherboard, Superclad HIdden Nail, vertical or horizontal corrugate or even board and batten.  For the roof...Metdeck or Corrugate profile Colorsteel.

Living Area
The Sunseeker is attractive and appealing and gives a feeling of spacious living that belies its size.  The large bay window allows for plenty of natural light and warmth, while the deck and verandah give a great indoor / outdoor flow.  The much admired plan is often copied but if you want the original, its the IDEAL Sunseeker. 

Bedrooms
Bedrooms can be designed to suit and come standard with built in wardrobes and well placed windows.

The Parksbury's classic desing makes it's IDEAL's benchmark home. 

With a range of floor plans to suit, the Parksbury is always a popular choice.  key features include a spacious kitchen layout that provides ample space for cooking and entertaining.  The Parksbury offers either 3 or 4 doulbe bedrooms, with the option of convenient built in wardrobes.  The verandah roof and timber deck allow for great indoor / outdoor living.  Our varied floor plans offer different features, but always ensure real value for money.
